International Seminar on Chemical Education (ISCE) 2017 is conducted by Departement of Cemistry Education, Faculty of Mathematic and Natural Science, Islamic University of Indonesia, Yogyakarta at September 12-13th 2017. The seminar under the theme Developement of Chemical Education in 21th Century.

ISCE (International Seminar on Chemical Education) aims to explore and develop the concept of learning, innovation and building competences in yhe field of chemistry education. The objective of ISCE is to stimulate the establishment of knowledge based strategies. The goal is to stimulate teaching development in Senior High School and Higher Education. The idea is to bring together interesting issues about what is going on development of chemistry education learning method in 21st century.

The papers were distributed in 7 topics; Chmistry Education curriculum and policy, teacher learning and education (in-service and pre-service teachers), environmental and social issues in chemistry, assesment and evaluation, skill oriented learning in 21th century, instructional learning in 21th century and classroom action research in sciences.

The seminar was organized by Department of Chemistry Education, Faculty of Mathematic and Natural Science, Islamic University of Indonesia, Yogyakarta, (Indonesia Chemical Society (HKI), Indonesia Chemical Society in Branch of Yogyakarta and supported by Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Research and Technology and Higher Education, Republic of Indonesia. In this seminar, we hope that many experts will come together to Yogyakarta and discuss about the update information in the field of chemistry education. We will held the two session seminar, first is the keynote session and secondly is parallel session. We are inviting several chemistry education experts in this seminar. Please be a part of our seminar, and enjot it.
